It seems I have misplaced my Pinnacle Station installer since I reinstalled ME1, and now some savegames won't load because it's missing.. How does one reacquire it? Google sends me to the purchase screen.

use the ea download manager. After logging in, you should be able to download it. (use the same account you used to buy the p-station)

Confirming for those reinstalling ME and DLC.
1) Downoad and install Origin. Run it.
2) Use Origin to download the game and/or DLC.
3) For manual installation, go to your installation folder (found in Origin Setup Options) and find the installation file(s). You may copy/move these to another location.
4) Go to "My Games" inside Origin and right-click on any game. Select "Game Details" from the pop-up menu to see the game's CD key. You will need this for installation.
5) When installing a game, input the CD key you obtained in step 4 when requested. Installation should proceed normally from there.
Once you've got the installation file and CD key, you should have all you need to reinstall the game and/or DLC anytime you wish.
