I recall reading you needed 100 to max. So I went and got Isabela to 50 friendship, just trying to get half way to keep her in Act 2 and stop there for the bug. After 2 Hours, I checked Aveline and she has the friendship bonus. Now I check Isabela and Fenris, they are max too.
I worry because I dunno if I got Isabela's bug.
Max Friendship/Rivalry are only 50 points?!

it takes 50% into one side or another to trigger the bonus. That does not mean its locked or maxed. It takes 100% to lock it into which ever side you're shooting for.
If isabela has her friendship bonus, then you'll get the bug -- though it wont really show up unless you remove her from your party several times ;p

You get the bug, from what I've seen, when she's FORCED out of your party with the bonus (Gamlen's house/Hawke Estate, certain missions, etc.) It's not Friendship and you're cooked
