playing Mass Effect 2 (as I do, every single day). I pause it to take a
break, and come back to find an update message on my screen. I was like
"sweet, hopefully this will fix the terrible audio lag in cutscenes I have been
experiencing". So, I download the 1.02 patch, and start a new game
(again, something I do alot). Everything ran smoothly. I finished the
comic and began as a Soldier. My choices were, seduce Liara, let Ashley
die, save the Rachni queen, save Wrex, save the council, and make
Anderson a part of the council. So, I start the game, but there is a
problem, people are talking to me as if I had sacrificed the council.
And before that, Jacob tells me that Kaiden was killed. I was like,
what? Not only that, but the audio in cutscenes lag, still exists. Also, I've
experienced other audio issues where sometimes when a person is talking,
the get cut off mid sentence, or near to their last word. I know this
because I put the subtitles on. Good news with that is, it seems that
the patch has actually fixed that.
But at what cost though? Terrible decisions?
Bioware, please fix this.
I have invested a great deal into Mass Effect 2 for my PS3. I bought all the DLC except for "Arrival".
I'll get "Arrival" when this huge glitch is solved. This is the first
time since I started playing Mass Effect 2, that I don't even feel like
playing.
What's the point when the decisions you made, don't even exist. Good
thing I have another save file where all my decisions were identical to
what I mentioned before.
But still...<_<
C'mon Bioware, come correct with 1.03. Oh, and please fix the audio lag...
Thanks!
