Kai Leng will be the one sent to kill Shepard?

This said, the issue was far too convoluted to jump immediately to "treason" as the judgment. Taking matters into one's own hands can still bring unpleasant repercussions in the military, anyway.
It's only convoluted if you are an alien-loving, Anderson ass-kissing, traitor.
He took sensitive intel pertaining to the Alliance and gave it to a rival power. That is treason. He weakened the Alliance.

So its bad to put the needs of YOUR race above other races now?
If so, I'd rather favor my own race, than allow another race to gain the upper hand on us.

You're putting Grunt, Legion, and Thane's skill levels above Garrus? Are you insane? I can understand Samara, but Legion? Grunt?
Well, I was basing that on pure physical strength.
Grunt and Legion are several times stronger then a normal human might be, because it has been stated they can fire weapons with recoil that would severely injure a human if they were to attempt to use them.
Also, Grunt has been designed to be the "perfect warrior", he is capable of feats that is beyond that a normal Krogan would achieve.
And there's the matter of his imprints, who knows what fighting skills Okeer gave Grunt?
Thane is a master of close hand-to-hand combat, so that means Kai Leng has no advantage there.
Garrus, well, he's tough and strong, but I don't know much about his skills without a weapon.

As I said, this argument never goes anywhere. It's pointless, will start a flamewar, and will get what is actually a quite interesting thread locked.

No kidding.
Grayson said he preferred making love to Asari than human females. So preferring aliens DOES have its advantages.

Please, can we not go down this road.
I plan to petition the Alliance to take better measures to protect citizens from paternity fraud perpetrated by asari.

With people like him and the Illusive Man compromising valuable info in the Grayson incident, not surprised at Cerberus' efforts actually hindering Shepard's fight against the Reapers.

Garrus is a Turian, which automatically makes him physically stronger than most human men. Remember how Saren could strangle Shepard with one hand? Remember how Garrus was able to throw Harkin around like a rag doll? Plus he's got superb hand to hand skills himself.
You know what? I think I underestimated every member of Shepard's team. While I still don't think that all of them are as skilled as Leng, I will say that ALL of them would put up a good fight, in their own style.

Would be interesting if they gave us a chance to pound Kai Leng. Even more interesting to hand him to Aria with evidence.

I'd rather team up with Kai Leng and kill Aria. Right before I do the deed I'll rub it in how Kai Leng killed her ****ty daughter and how I killed Wrex and dumped his carcass in the swamps.
Aria needs to be knocked down a peg.

Aria never found out that Kai killed her daughter, did she? I thought Cerberus just told Aria that Grayson did it.

I can agree with this general point. With how much ME2 pounds into your head that Aria is untouchable and knows everything on Omega and can crush anyone who messes with her, I was looking forward to the opportunity to introduce her face to a shotgun. Hopefully that will materialize in ME3.
