thats not even remotely true, his personality was designed to be the same as it was before his body is CLEARLY not even remotely the same as it was before, it has bone and skin durability enhancement, his eyes arent even real anymore, as a full renegade you can clearly see that most of his skull is cybernetic also. Sheppard is probably the most extensive case of cybernetic enhancement in the series other than Saren who was implanted directly by a reaper.the likely hood of someone surviving the extreme amounts of augmentation sheppard was given without the benefit of magical reaper super tech that can do anything the devs want it to is highly unlikely.Even Grayson was not augmented to the same total extent that sheppard was and that was.

Except it isn't. Where is it even mentioned his abilities have been enhanced from the reconstruction surgery?

The class descriptions, shepard himself says "i've noticed a few upgrades...", etc

The skin weave upgrades (and related upgrades) are also improvements of his underlying cybernetics.

yeah skin weave heavy muscle weave heavy bone weave etc are all upgrades to cybernetics that he already has, which is why they apply only to shepard and not to the entire team, because the rest of the crew do not have the cybernetic enhancements to apply the upgrades to that shepard does.

That's a very broad thing. On the gameplay upgrades, they do not count as they can be taken optionally.. so ie not canon.

the gameplay upgrades are upgrades of enhancements he already has, so regardless of if you take the optional in game upgrades to strengthen them he already has the enhancements that those upgrades build upon.

Kai Leng is the most logical conclusion, but there's also the Cerberus assassins at the start of the game.

The chick might be an important character, given that she has different armor and was a separate picture from the other guys

and Stoney if you're making a mortal kombat reference then the guy is totally Shang Tsung not Raiden

I acually doubt that is Sanders as Sanders is an N7 marine, no? I'd suppose N7 has some form of grooming rule.
But the long hair and ponytail + assassin + cybernetics, makes me thing more of asian and Kai Leng.
Haven't read the book but do they describe Lengs appearance?

That's what Liara wants us to think.Image IPB

Notice how her breast are more fuller and her voice is changing.
maybe a sign of her entering the matron stage.

Liara lying about her age could be good for people who want to have blue kids with her.Image IPB

Well, Kai Leng basically had to crawl back to his shuttle using his arms, because Anderson shot him in the tendons that support the leg muscles, effectively turning him into a temporary paraplegic.

Saren wasn't a normal Turian, Sovereign had given him extensive bionic augmentation, so I don't think it's a good idea to use him as a standard example of the species.

I wouldn't be surprised if Garrus has hand-to-hand combat abilities, aside from his wrestling match with the female Turian, it's never been addressed much.
And Kai Leng did defeat several armed Turians with a knife and a handgun.
But Garrus is most likely harder to deal with then a normal Turian soldier.
So, it's up in the air there, I'm uncertain either way.

Kai Leng can defeat Legion at close range? Unlikely!
Legion is several times stronger then a human, plus his bones and muscles are made from metal.
Basically, Legion could give him the crushing bear hug of death or simply snap his spine in one of many places.

Well, I did have a fairly decent relationship with Aria, she became quite aimable at the end of the game.
Between her and Cerberus, I'd pick the Omega Queen.
At the very least, I trust her more then I do Cerberus.
Between her and Patriarch though, I'd pick the latter.
I helped him by "saying hello" to the Krogan sent to kill him.

Plus, Kai Leng's racist attitudes make me want to drop him in the fires of Aria's wrath anyway, regardless of who he works for.

And I'm sure E.D.I. can dig up the dirt for me if I ask nicely.
Or Liara will find it.
Either way, I'm going to find out sooner or later what he did to Liselle.

Liara's has no hand-to-hand skills, but she's a biotic, which Kai Leng was at an extreme disadvantage with fighting, he avoided open confrontation with them whenever possible.

Heck, I got the impression he was even wary of Nick, who wasn't a fully trained biotic, although it was suggested he was capable of killing a human adult or two (because it mentions if he didn't diffuse his attack, he would have accidentally killed Kahlee Sanders).

Mind you, I did the math on Liara's age, she's roughly the equivalent of a ten year old child to the Asari.
Asari live for 1000 years, maybe more and she's only106?
That's very young by comparison.
No wonder no Asari takes her seriously.

Kinda funny that Fox news back then hit only on the 'sex' without touching the age thing. Would have made for alot more interesting controversy.

I suppose him getting shot is kinda a confirmation of him getting implants.
