Hello,

I've bought and registered ME2 and have purchase, Kasumi, Shadow Broker, Arrival and Overlord. However when I go to my content it does not allow me to download them. Can I please have some help with activating them? They are a bit expensive to not have access too! Thanks for the support.

I got a similar situation. The DLC doen't recognize my installed Mass Effect 2.

same problem here with arrival dlc when i run me2 and try to instal it sees me2 is running so when i shut it down so i can instal the dlc it says me2 is not installed

I just bought Overlord, Arrival and The shadow brocker and it's says that they won't run?

DA2:i got ME2 and Cerberus network .but i can't install Cerberus network DLC.it always run DLCinstaller.exe again & again.................how can i install that DLC!!!!

Dtdt- just want to say THANK YOU for posting that link. The go.bioware.com link that I get sent to in game from the "new content available" button keeps sending me to a page that never loads, and it's infuriating.
