Where can I find this and what act is it in?

They're all in Act 3, it's on the savage coast. The scroll is in that tiny little path immediately to the left at the start of the map. The aspect itself is at the other end of the map near the exit.

Thank you! I was in Act 2 and i kept searching. There's one hour wasted.

I had considerable difficulty finding the first scroll. It is in the Wounded Coast at the end of the advertised dead end to south of entrance. Scroll is difficult to see on the ground and so patient searching was rewarded (after I had spend at least 40 minutes on wild goose chases).
