I got the offer and download ME 2 from EA Download Manager and it automatically installed it for me.
Question is, can I get the installer somewhere so the next time I install or move to other computer, I don't need to install again?
Downloaded ME2 Installer?

There should be a directory called __Installer in the directory that contains ME2
(maybe you have to activate the "Keep installer after installation" option in the EADM settings, not sure).
The way to make your backup is to simply copy the whole ME2 directory (including the __Installer dir) to some backup media
The way to install your back is:
Btw: You may need to run MassEffect2.exe as administrator to avoid a "misconfiguration error". Hope that helps.

The way to install your back is:
- Copy the backup to an arbitrary directory on your PC
- Now, run the EASetup.exe from the __Installer/DISK1 directory. Let's say you install into a dir called FOO.
- After the "installation" is done, copy the whole content of the backup
into FOO (replacing everything that is there. afterwards you should have
FOO/Binaries, FOO/BioGame, ...). - Then go into FOO/Binaries and edit EACore_App.ini. Replace all the paths
that lead to activation.exe or PatchProgress.exe with the paths that
match your PC (the paths are the ones from the PC to which you
originally downloaded ME2). You should be able to find activation.exe
and PatchProgress.exe somewhere on your PC. - Now you should be able to run ME2 on the PC (just double click on
FOO/Binaries/MassEffect2.exe, when asked for the code/serial number, use
the one that you used for the original download).
Btw: You may need to run MassEffect2.exe as administrator to avoid a "misconfiguration error". Hope that helps.
