no, unfortunately it won't only, a few you can download manually, but still leaves waiting until the server responds correctly to be able to use them after authorization.

I can't believe this is an issue that is going on for days .. and users have to dig through forums to try and figure out it's not a technical issue with their install, but a server issue!

I just bought the ultimate edition and was initially extremely pissed off at the timing of the server failure. Now that I've read that the DLC items just make nightmare into "easy mode", I'm not so sure I even want to load them up. I just played vanilla Redcliff with a rogue main, and the fight was a cake walk on nightmare. Very disappointed, since I remember having to replay that scenario dozens of times before I could win, and that was with a Mage as main and a mod buffed Morigan.
Anything that further reduces the challenge would be intolerable as far as I'm concerned. I may even have to mod-gimp my toons or play solo just get the game to feel "right" again.

It's reported as being fixed: http://social.biowar...8/index/7036701
I just checked it myself, and everything works fine. No unauthorized DLCs even after I logged in.

That's why I never buy all those so called "ultimate" editions. They are quite often even more buggy than the first release. Sometimes ultimately buggy, as in your case. I'd suggest trying technical support. At this point re-installation of the game won't make things worse, as the servers are at work again, so you can now try just about anything.
Just in case if something is wrong again, I just launched the game right now and logged in. Everything is as fine as it should be. I even dared to set the auto-login on again.

2 weeks to become aware, identify, and fix the problem. That is reasonable.
Nobody says anything when they are happy, so I figured I'd say I'm happy with EA/BioWare's work on this one.

I have created a group called "Clients with Unresolved DLC Issues - Dragon Age: Origins". The idea is to see if we have critical mass for escalating a response from EA and/or Bioware. If you have unresolved DLC issues with Dragon Age: Origins and want to be counted, consider joining this group. Just search for it in the groups tab.
I am new to forum groups so the helpful voice of experience is a welcome sound. Thanks and looking forward to positive change.
