Can't play game any more

I had a Bioware account with a comcast email.  I switched to verizon and also got my own domain.  I tried to switch the registered e-mail but could find no way to do so.  So i created another account.  I tried to move DLC and such and re-register game to new account as I was concerned about what happened if I deleted the old account.
It all seemed fine until the game crashed last night in the middle of "Arrival"  now today when I try and start it, I get  a "can't authorize DLC for ...... " please connect using the original cerebus account.  A) I can't figure out how to switch the cerebus login B) I see no option to do so.  C) I can't resume the game d) if I try and load my last save it says "unknown"

How can I recover?  If I delete the old comcast account, what happens to my registered games?  Can they just be moved to the new account?  How about the cerebus netowrk account?  THis seems to be a very user unfriendly event here
