I was trying to download the free copy of Mass Effect 2 available to people who have bought Dragon Age II.
I have downloaded and installed the EA Download Manager and it will not open. It is minimized to the tray and is not opening properly. I once had a an error message come up telling me it was not working.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
