Neither do I remember choosing "Shasow" as my name. But it all worked out, as this is the name I would've put if I did remember choosing a name. It isn't possible to change it.

Then how do you delete your account without loosing dlc?

You can try sending a message to the forum administrator Jeff Roussell (his profile: http://social.bioware.com/43/) to see if he'll change your username. Otherwise, what you'll want to do is create a new account first, then contact EA Support and ask them to transfer your entitlements (aka DLC) to the account you want.

If you delete your BioWare account and then create a new one using the SAME e-mail address as your EA account (which is what your DLC is linked to) all your DLC entitlements will carry over to the new account.  I did this recently and had no trouble with it.  Didn't need to contact EA or anything.

The account creation page will prompt you to enter your EA account e-mail and password when it sees that you entered an e-mail address that is tied to an existing account.  Then you just enter the rest of the required info, and re-register your games on the new account.

Of course, if an admin can change your username for you, that would be easier.  I didn't know they could/would do that.
