Ultimate Edition DLCs STILL not Authorized.. Yes, Another Thread

I purchased Origins Ultimate Edition and my first issue was that my redemption code for the DLCs was blank on the leaflet that comes with the game. So, I waited 40 minutes in EA Chat support and was lucky enough to get the code from a representative. I registered and redeemed that code, and all of the content shows up in my account. It's all there. I have all of the DLCs install from the second disc that comes with the Ultimate Edition, and they show up. BUT, they are still unauthorized. I have tried everything. My service (Updater Service) is running, I am logged into the DA servers under the same account as the content and game are registered but it's just not updating correctly.
I've left the game running for twenty minutes hoping it was just moving slowly. No help. I've also downloaded some of the DLCs directly from the site, wondering if that would make them register correctly. To no avail. All of these DLCs show up as being "available" for redeeming, but I've already redeemed them and they are still not authorizing.
I have been at this for hours. I'm relatively proficient with computers, but I simply cannot get this working. Is there anything I can do? Who can I speak to about this? I read on one of the FAQ pages that there was a link one could go to to get a chat agent to give you the points, but there was no link. The post was by "Padforce" and it mentioned a link but said it was in another guide...
I am so frustrated... I can usually figure these types of things out on my own, but this just doesn't want to work for me. I have read through 20+ different posts and nothing has worked for me. What can I do? I paid for all of this content and I just want to play the game.
I would be EXTREMELY grateful for any help on the matter.

Thanks for responding. At least I know it's not my game. If I could give you reputation, I would.
EDIT: Quick question: Once the DLCs are authorized, will I have to authorize them every time I play, or will they stay authorized? I'd hate to have them stop working any time I go offline or EA's servers go bonkers...

No... once the DLC is authorized, simply do not log in. While you're profile won't update online (no big deal, IMHO), the game will not try to "reauthorize" the DLC.

What if I have no internet connection?

Not quite true. I have the "vanilla version" of DAO since it release. Now my Dragon Blood Armor and Shale got de-authorized! Even disabling it in the DLcontent section, I can not play DAO!!
I am furiouse! Who the hell dis-authorized my Stuff! BW really got to get their act together or they are doomed!
Bloody Hell.

Once the servers are working... you *must* be online once to authorize the game and the extra content. It says so on the box, I think.

I really hesitate to buy another game from Bioware.

It would be more simple if you just did all that on the internet, and then you just download it, and install it into your directories like games use to do back in the good old days....
That are they just release CD DLCversions with CD Keys like in The Simes Games , and say screw it to the whole account thing anymore.....

And hell, I miss the days of actually owning cd hard copies of the **** you pay for.

Chatted to tech support about that. The useless wanker I got was absolutely worthless. Didn't understand a ****ing word of what I told him about that. "We know about the serves, we are fixing them". Yeah, sure they are.
You can also load games and start DLC campaigns even if you're logged in, but you just have to be really quick going into those menus when the game starts and the autologin feature starts. I tested that with the Darkspawn Chronicles since I was short a couple of achievements there anyway.

Bioware, kick EA up the arse will ya? I heard these problems with the servers were supposed be fixed this weekend, yet here we still are, waiting ....
This situation (among some recent others) is causing you to lose more and more brand-credibility by the day ...
Common sense dictates that trust (and therefore, loyalty) is earned by both parties consistently adhering to the terms of the contract ...
We've done our part, now the ball is in your court.
Provide competent customer support...
