Please look around you more closely. Who do you see? Only a very few gamer type people. Why is that? Look at the description of the place. Self-Help means we ask for advice here from each other, and if anyone has a suggestion, he or she offers it. However, it is now summer, so the outdoors beckons (in this hemisphere, at least), and weekend is when still fewer are inside, unless it's really hot outside already in the middle of the day, so you only want to be out in the morning.

There is one single message thread that Bioware is waching in here. Pinned near the top with the other Stickies up there, including Hemis H's excellent guide to sorting out DLC problems. I didn't buy any of it myself; the system for it looked far too rinky-dink and amateurish to suit me.

For "Official" anything, you have to visit EA's Help Pages.

It appears that at least one other person contributing to this message thread failed to read anything before complaining, like you have done. Near the bottom of the page here, click on Bioware Game Support, or "eMail Us" (although they don't answer very quickly at all when you try that).
