I've always played how I want. I play some Paragon and some Renegade, whatever suits the moment. Thankfully the points from ME1 that transfer let me play like this without losing some of my squad's loyalty.

Head butting the Krogan (Uvank) and breaking the dudes neck Miri's LM) sound like fun...I'm going to check them out...I wanna see the look on the Salarians face :-)....One renegade I would recommend never trigger is shooting the armless mech on the Overlord mission...I think Sheps reaction when one of his squad shoots the mech instead is funny.

Someone who does them is hardly an ultra paragon.

I nearly always shorten the krogans speech, mainly cause he just jibbers on and I don't want to listen.

No. I play a paragon, but not an Ultra-paragon. So, renegade interrupts all around for me.

I always headbutt the krogan.

EDIT: Oh, and I shoot first in Miranda's loyalty mission, just to see that one Salarian dude's "O" face.

Other than that, I'm clean.

I'm generally also more the paragon type, but there are situations where I also use the renegade trigger or dialogue choices, I can't remember them all, but one of the most satisfying moments I had using renegade interruptions was on my first visit on the citadel, where an C-Sec Officer is interrogating a Volus and a Quarian (Hell, I almost wrote Qunari :D ) about a credit card which the volus said the Quarian would have stolen. You find that card and give it back, and then when they talk you have the option of a renegade interrupt, and doing this feels SOOOOO MUUUCH waaaaay more than a paragon than a renegade option to me, so freaaaking satisfying what Shepard then will do with the C-Sec Officer and the Volus.

And some other renegade options I choose as well, for example like the shot to the pipe beneath the krogan on Mordin's loyality mission, just too good how he says like "Ha, humans can't even hit a large target" and the next moment BOOOOM ^^

Well, I have to say, I don't PLAN on playing paragon / renegade in a playthrough, I'm just in general more the paragon type from my nature, but I don't mind using renegade choices and triggers every here and there too...well, I guess you could say I'm a good-hearted pragmatist :)

If I know someone's going to die anyway, (there's no way to talk myself out of it), I go w/ the renegade interrupt. I don't beat up Mouse, shove the Merc out the window or interrupt Mordin. Other than that ...

Yes. I hit the Renegade interrupt about 80% of the time. Besides that, my dialogue is usually renegade/neutral. It's my decisions that make the Paragon bar max out.

I always hit the Renegade interrupt for Grunts loyalty mission.

Pure Paragon and pure Renegade are as stupid as each-other to me. Mix it up! Most fun that way.

Paragade/Renegon FTW.

Renegade options for Kasumi and Zaeed although sometimes I let Jacob kill his dad. The interupts are all very tempting but usually only go with them on Renegade playthroughs except for the reporter, always the Shep punch :)

I have both para and renegade characters. for my paragon playthroughs, i use the renegade interrupt when there is no paragon capability after it the interrupt goes away.

Except for the krogan in mordin's mission. I still don't know how long he talks, that interrupt is just too fun

Nope! Pure paragon to the end. But, if I have to...if there was no other resort...you'll swear the devil was standing in front of you...oh yes...*Speaking as Victor Freeze* I'd kill for that....=____=*

My number 1 Shepard is mostly a paragon but she is a soldier not a diplomat and she's fighting a dirty war.
Seizing the initiative to gain advantage in combat is just common sense (e.g. attacking the merc maintenance guy, shooting the pipes by the Krogans)
And Krogans respect headbutts - nothing impropper about that...

As the question is....are there any ultra Paragons out there who can't help but pull the trigger on a renegade action? I love Donovan Hock's reaction too much not to pull the trigger in Kasumi's LM....when Shep shoots the priceless vase in the museum, Hock's reaction is just too priceless to give up :-).

I choose Paragon options in conversation, however, when the Awesome Button (Renegade Interrupt) appears, I can't help but press it. So as long as I can pull the trigger quickly enough, I do so. In other words, what PlumPaul said.
