Well it seems like with all my wandering about in a non linear fashion, I've missed the opportunity to get the Arcane Warrior opened for my mages and couldn't find a location listing for an "Arcane Warrior Manual". I thought that odd that there wasn't a backup location to acquire to that buff. Did I perchance miss something else?
Anyway the idea struck me would'nt it be nice if there was a shop located somewhere, a small shop something like ( " The Wonders Of Thedas" already in the game) that sold additional manuals, tomes, gifts, potions and other odds and ends that might be of some benefit to all, but very beneficial for the "errant" explorer who may have bypassed an opportunity which is now closed off to them. The "oops I missed that second chance shop" or " Little Fereldens Books and Gifts".

Something like that should be really easy to do actually (famous last words), the hard part would be deciding exactly what should be sold there.
It'd be a good way of getting new items and such into the campaign too - modders could add items to the store inventory instead of directly into the player's.

You can go back to the ruins and get it afterwards can't you? Haven't tried it but I have been in the Bercilian Forest and up to where you enter the ruins very late in the game. Sure there are other stuff that one can't go back to get but atleast the arcane warrior one I think you should be able to get anytime you want.
