Hi my issue is that my setup keeps getting stuck at 15.6% when it's extracting anims.erf. This has happened 3 times, and I've tried restarting and trying again but same issue occurs. My system is completely capable of running DAO. I've installed and uninstalled it to make way for this version. Is anyone else having this issue?

I would say disk issues check for scratches,dirt,heat rings ect. then try restarting the computer, i think your always supposed to restart after installs anyway, good luck!

hey katana, I'm having this too, my game was running fine for 2 weeks then it said my expansion stuff was unauthorised, then I thought I'd reinstall, then I couldn't! have you got a solution yet??

ps the cd is fine, there is no virus's, malware on the pc, brand new i7, no apparent reason!!

I have the exact same problem - install freezing at 15.6% of anims.erf. It's a machine-specific problem - I can get it to install on one computer but not another (the one I really want to install it on, naturally). Any solution to this yet?

i have same problem with UE. I have not been able to get dlc to authorize for 3 weeks since i bought it and thought i would try installing on diff comp. installation fails about 15% into anims.erf on windows xp

Same exact issue as you, mclovin93. Even down to % complete before it fails. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo with 4Gb RAM and GE Force GTS 450. OS is Vista (32bit).

None of those can or will get answers, since all five messagers made the choise to ignore the forum's resources, in the form of FAQs, Archives, and the gamer readership here (i'm assuming that Raen Imrahl addressed the fifth of the comments that were added).  A proper problem report is the way each should have started out, with his / her own individual messages.
