One way I can guarantee that mistake is by opening Firefox, typing in social.bioware.com (which my login is automatic), and use the left menu: My Games > Dragon Age Origins - PC. If I continue to use the menu, it continues to have that second URL until I go to another page first. Then, it usually works correctly with the first URL, but occasionally, the second URL will appear again after browsing other parts of this site. (It will happen also every time I use the in-game menu to access the Online Profile when the browser is either not open or not on the second URL above.)
