She's like a door with a warning label on it..."Enter at your own risk!!"

This is where the Witcher has an edge on Hawke. He is immune to STD:s and infertile making him the perfect poster boy for safe and responsible sex.

I.... may have done more than touch. More than a few times. IRL I'd not come within 10ft of her, but since Hawke is invulnerable to such harmless things like HIV and the Black Plague(yes I know it's not an STD, doesn't mean Izzy doesn't have it lol) I bang that like a screen door in a hurricane. Although it's not very satisfying as all we get is a damn fade-out.

She's not my main love interest though, just a ONS.

If you're a mage just be sure to cast barrier on yourself before you do the deed or get Merril to do it.

I don't "let" my characters do anything. They do the things they do because those are things they would do. You do?

But yes. Oh heavens yes.

Yes indeed.

But then, Geralt is superior to hawke in just about anything, so.....

Then you'll have to have sex with Merril first in order to get her to cast the "protection"...

(I can't believe I'm actually thinking about this)

You know what was a great game that included STD's? Fable 2. Hilarious that you could get an STD from sleeping with a prostitute(can't think of any other game that does that off the top of my head)

Yes, all witchers are sterile and immune to disease. These are powers Geralt makes good use of.

Remember, healing magic cures all STDs, and Isabella has access to one now. If she gets healed before our relationship starts, I would have no problem. Whether my Hawke would like her personality is another story. My male Hawke was romantic with Merrill, she was just too cute.

Not necessarily, just like pathogens gain resistance to antibiotics etc IRL you never know if pathogens in DA gain resistance to certain types of magic, making the healers constantly have to come up with modified healing spells to keep up with things like QIV(Qunari Immunodeficiency Virus) which affects all races except for Dwarves...;)

Damn! Are you serious? So in Fable 2, you can't even have a single honest good time even though you just saved the goddamn world?

Technically, I believe you can- I think it's based on a dice roll that's 50% or more likely to infect you.(that's not a direct stat., just one that i'm estimating)

If she swabs her deck before the seamen board then sure.My male Hawke would definitely hit that.

(I know I'm off topic) But what would happen if you really get STD's in Fable 2?

You mean what does happen? It's been a looooong time since I last played it(~2yrs) so my memory is vague but basically it's just a status effect that affects your player stats or health or somesuch IIRC... Nothing too debilitating, but definitely hilarious.

The protagonist status will protect Hawke from STD and much more
