I have the same problem, I'm logged in, the content updater is running, yet all DLC is unathorised. The problem started yesterday.

It sounds like my problem is related: yesterday I went to resume my game and it tells me that all my DLC is unauthorized, even though it's worked fine for months.

I had the same problem, this fix worked for me:

guys i have the solution and it works 10000000% promise so this is what you have to do<br />
<br />
Locate AddIns.xml in "C:/Users/(Username)/Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Settings" and edit it using WordPad or any XML editor. Replace all RequiresAuthorization="1" with RequiresAuthorization="0".<br />
<br />
Run the game and check to see if everything worked!<br />
<br />
<br />
if it worked say it here so that the others can see that it worked

I have tried this method and while it did allow me to load my saved game, my DLC content wasn't showing up at all. Shale was gone along with a lot of equipment.

There is a server problem on EA's end. That's why there are so many threads about DLC currently up.

Recently I had to reformatt my hardrive, and therfore was forced to reinstall my DAO Utimate edition. I tried the above work around, and while it did look like I had the addons back, and it did allow me to load my saves, all the items I had from Return to Ostagar etc. have now vanished, and the quests/areas are no longer available.:(
