Shepard, Shepard, Shepard, Shepard, Shepard, Shepard.
Unless you're talking about other folks ... then I will have to go with Tali, Aria, EDI (does she count as a chick?o.O). I'd also like to add ambassador Orinia from the novel (Rebtribution) as well just because she's one of the few female turians around. Just to show the dire need for fem turians.

1. Femshep - but she's a woman, not a girl
then...
2. Ashley - no nonsense, practical, tough. exactly the kind of gal you want at your back
3. Samara - major respect for that woman
4. Miranda - I grew to really like her, in spite of the idiocy of her non-existent bra and propensity to fight in heels
5. Liara - devoted beyond belief and the SB now
6. Tali - loyal friend
7. Kasumi - funny and strangely balanced for all she's been through
Do not much care for: Jack (too loose canon), Morinth (obviously), or Kelly Chambers (geeehhhhh)

Lorik Qui'in, whose awesomeness transcends gender.
*sigh* Okay, in all seriousness, Samara and Kasumi.

I picked Miranda, EDI and Ash for favourite girls, but I honestly have to pick Ash for favourite ROMANCE, because although Miranda will always have a special place in my heart as the Ice Queen with an insecure inner child, her romance felt so... Insubstantial. It felt more like friends with benefits, but emphasizing on the friends-part.

1 Aria - She has a awesome voice/attitude and is my favorite Asari.
2 Yeoman Kelly - She is really sweet/cute and there are not strings attached with her lol.
3 Ashley - I've decieded to stick with Ashley even though I don't agree with her religious and alien views. She is pretty cute and shows a fair amount of emotion compared to the other romance options.
4 Jack - Jack is very cool and I do like to listen to her comments when bringing her along as a companion. Her tatoos annoy me a bit.
5 Miranda - Shes a physically attractive character, but she doesn't seem to say a whole lot most of the time. I find when I bring her along on missions the camera will zoom to her face, but she doesn't often make comments like the other companions. Overall I sitll like her though.
6 - Liara is really nice, but her voice annoys me a bit. She sounds like a rich girl who grew up away from all the problems of the world. It's an old accent for weathly people who are well edjucated. I heard people in the 40s and 50s speak like that and it always annoyed me for some reason.
