So I've finished three playthroughs(one on normal, one on hard and one on nightmare) and It's my opinion that the nightmare and hard difficulty need some small tweaks.

I'm sure this has already been said, but the hard difficulty, might be improved by adding friendly fire. I think 50% of the nightmares friendly fire will make this certain difficulty more interesting. Either than that hard is fine.

Now about nightmare. This difficulty was tough for me, tougher than the nighmare in Origins or Mass Effect 2, but was extremely fun and required a lot of strategy.. The biggest issue I have with it is the fact that every enemy unit(except mages) has a knockdown attack. Every enemy archer, warrior, rogue etc, have this kind of attack. Against a warrior, this isn't a problem, against a mage or rogue, this disables you from doing anything. If you're a mage, you can get rock armor which improves your situation a little, or the force mage ability "Unshakeable" that makes you immune to knockback or knockdown. A rogue however can't do anything agains the knockdown attacks. When fighting agains 2 archers, a rogue or a mage without those 2 skills, is as good as dead, because there is no way he can escape from their attacks. He's basically stun locked and dead. Let's that you're fighting against 10 archers(Act 1 lowtown groups were composed only from archers), and you're party has 1 warrior, and the other 3 are made out of rogues and/or mages(that don't have knockback immunity or rock armor). If the warrior dies, its extremely difficult up to impossible to survive, because the archers will stun lock any party member and they can't do anything. Now my suggestion is to make the enemy attacks have a let's say 30%-40% chance of kncokdown, that should be plenty. Or at least give the rogues an abilityl for knockdown protection or immunity. A melee rogue can get a dagger that gives knockback immunity, which helps a lot in general, but it doesn't do anything against knockdown. An archer rogue, well he's dead.
