Ok, bare with me.  I have had 3 360's in the past 3 years.  When ME2 came out still had my first one.  My husband profile is the main profile on our 360's (ie the one we have Gold on)

But I was the first to play ME2 so the Cerberus Network redeemable code was entered on my profile.  Fast Forward afew months our first 360 finally dies, so we buy an entirely new, and do a harddrive tranfer via microsoft cord.

On my husband profile the Cerberus Network DLC is corrupt ie Zaeed, Cerb armour, Normandy Crash site.  Game prompts either to redownload or redeem Cerberus Network Code (again)

I tried to redownload it on my husband profile, those three DLC's don't exist on his list of DLC, so I signed into mine, went to my download history and redownloaded.

Unfortunatly it didn't keep.  And then prompts again to redeem the code, I bought ME2 when it first came out, we longer have to the code card, so is there any way to get the code back so I don't have to spend either twelve hundred microsoft points or buy a brand new copy of ME2?

**EDIT**  So to continue said horrible story,  got the 3RoD two days ago, grabbed a new 360 cause waiting for the ship/fix/return sucks when you have young kids who are gamers as well. (We just pulled out our hard drive and stuck it in the new unit)

So I tried to load up my new Vanguard save and guess what complete DLC failure every piece of DLC is corrupt, hence our saves are now corrupt.....Is there any way out of any of these problems???

EDIT 2  tried creating a new account at EA support since it won't send a confirm password email to my email, so using my secondary email I create a new account, register and then its tell me it invalid...what the hell is wrong

Several things I think you are doing wrong; I won't go into those as I'm not being especially picky today. I'll make a few suggestions based on certain assumptions and facts; and you can decide whether or not you want to try them.

(1) You do not mention transferring your dlc content licenses to any of the new 360s you've used since the original 'died'. This is something which needs to done for certain dlcs otherwise you cannot access them (dlcs are linked to the console as much as the Gamertags and other accounts).

(2) It should be possible to redownload your redeemed Cerberus Network dlc content without spending Microsoft Points (money). Check my post in this thread if you don't know how to redownload something you redeemed (though rereading your post it would seem you have that covered).

(3) Have you recovered your Gamertag(s) on your subsequent 360s? I see no mention of this.

If things are not associated correctly it could lead to problems.

As it is, that is all I can think of for now.

EDIT: for the things about account creations I would suggest contacting EA. Personally I feel it could confuse things for yourself in the future.

Hopefully the license transfer is all you require to resolve the problem. Good luck.

I had this problem as well. My friend and I play on the same xbox 360 with my account being a gold one and her's not. For both ME2 and DA:O any DLC I had purchased she was able to play.

Recently, we got one of those new xbox 360 with a kinect bundle and did a transfer from the old hard drive to the new. We recovered our tags, I did the license transfers and I am playing just fine. However, she can't play anything now, getting the corrupted and missing messages for any game I had DLC on.

She recently upgraded her account to a gold one (still on the same xbox as mine) and still can't play anything. Is there anything I can do to fix this corrupted/missing message, or are we doomed to either delete the hundreds of hours of games she had saved or spend hundreds of dollars buying DLC we already had over again?

I have read somewhere on the forums that if she 'redownloads' the dlc the information syncs and the problem goes away.

And just to eliminate a possibility (though it seems clear from your post) you are using the same console, right?

Yes, we use the same console. It wont let her redownload the dlc because it's under my xbox live account. (At least I assume that's why.)

I tried redownloading the dlc myself but that didnt fix it.

Hm...does she have any problems with dlcs of other games? (I ask so we can eliminate it as a Gamertag problem.) Your post appears to suggest that though not conclusive.

Clearing the cache (despite being a new 360) might be an option and let the system refresh itself as it were; which hopefully will allow it to catch up to the actual circumstances.

The fact you're using the same console would eliminate server issues. Hm...I still suspect it's a Gamertag issue.

After some 'digging'...see if this is of any help:
