I'm laughing SO hard with this thread. Thanks for making my life better xD

About the topic...yes, I support this *-* How can't I go with the idea of some future/alien hunks dancing for me? hahahha

(and they SHOULD have a krogan stripper, that would be FULL of win)

Yes, krogan.
But keep kelly chambers away from any stripper clubs.
Or if you do NO NOT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF- wait where is she? Kelly stop romancing that naked turian!

I think this is a great idea. It's only fair.

Or at least if only females are doing the stripping, at least include the volus and elcor. I think those strip clubs are pretty racist.

Yeah, inexplicaly all non-human races like female body and sharing the same thoughs that human men (not all) have... -_- The most real would be at least both are there, I think.

Just from reading the title of this thread: HELL NO!

I don't care if it's "realistic" or whatever, most of the people (I know I know, lots of girls play ME) who play this game are guys and PROBABLY do not want to see that.

Yay! The male stripper thread is still alive!

Perhaps it would be a good idea with options to shut off things like male strippers and gay guys when you import or create a character. To have the option to not allow women (especialy asari) getting all touchy feely with my Shepards would be nice too. I would let the male strippers option stay on though. Just because.

Gawdemmit krogan strippers, what an idea. But considering what has actualy already happened in ME1 and 2 it wouldn't be too weird.

I would just like for put forward a suggestion that there should be some male strippers in the clubs in ME3.

Thoughts?

I can confirm that you wish will come true for ME:3.  Even better, I have been asked to model these strippers.

The point of strippers in mass effect is that you don't have to see them - if anyone doesnt want to see male strippers in omega... it's very easy just to ignore it.

Use your eyes - in another direction.

Sounds like a pretty good sidequest for MShep if he needs the extra upgrades.

Due to the Anothy Weiner episode, lately there has been a lot of candid discussion about this on morning zoo radio shows. Woman psychologists have been all over the place telling everyone lately that men like Anthony Weiner who think women like to look at pictures of meat whistles are clueless about women. The conventional wisdom is that females are not stimulated visually as much as males and that males are not as stimulated auditorilly as females. Are they right or wrong? Fairness is one thing, but when asymmetry is involved, sometimes fairness isn't necessary or appropriate.

It's just guys don't like to have themselves portrayed in that manner the sex trade is very taboo when men are involved male strippers carry a stigma, male prostitutes have the same if not worse it's just one of those OK for women and not for men thing. It' a social thing just like it's Ok for women to wear heels and not men that's how it is. I know why BW doesn't want it but I'm tired of being trapped with those Asari in the background I do part of my business in game in stripper bars yet no one goes to the men's club? Not one? It doesn't need to be 100% male just get a few in there you know in between the Asari girls so those of us who don't want to stare at the girl can at least stare at the guy.

 My 2 cents:
So far the mass effect series has evidently put a great deal of effort into providing a varied and colourful spectrum of alien culture and social constructs within the games. My main qualm with such efforts is that they will always confine themselves to the developers' perception of the expectations and morals of the buyers (in this case "ZOMGZ! I'm a straight male and I want to see hot alien chicks, LULZ").

Surely a defining point of a game intending to suggest a number of alien concepts is that some of the results will inevitably seem strange, disturbing or just plain wrong to us. They've done this pretty well on a number of counts, but sexuality seems to be the elcor elephant in the room.
Personally I don't go a whole bunch on strippers in general, not my cup of tea. But seeing them in game, to me, added to the atmosphere of certain areas and hearing the varied reactions of my squad members only furthered this. Ashleys' reaction to Chora's Den in ME1? Priceless.

^ lmfao.

Seriously though, maybe there'll be more important things going on in ME3 to warrant a visit to a nightclub.
