PS: I got another appearance thing to work simply by dragging and dropping into their appropriate folders, did the same for whatbrick's and still nothing. I even went into the steamapps folder and fiddled in there, nothing.
any suggestions?

I went to the nwnVault to get Whatbrick's NWN2 "MotB" Character Customization Collection and extracted the files to my documents/nwn2/hak and override folders, but nothing shows in character creation. I got the game and its expansions for 10 dollars on steam (awesome deal) if that changes anything.
