Hi guys,

I wanted to clean up my online profile a bit by removing some old characters that I didn't like, however on 'manage characters' , when I press delete I get the aforementioned error message; 'unable to connect to online storage server'. Is this a temporary issue? Or am I actually unable to delete unwanted characters from my profile?
