As best I can describe my problem. I was trying to resolve an issue with getting my DragonBlood armor. Thinking that maybe I was using the wrong login info, I logged out of the Cerberus Network from the main screen in game for ME2. I tried the other info which did not work. I then tried the info the login I had been using for the 30+ hours of game time I have spent playing ME2 previously. I enter my email address and my PW and login to my ea online account. I then read "Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log into the Cerberus Network with the account used to purchase the listed DLC". I click "OK" and then I am given the options to either "REDEEM CERBERUS NETWORK CODE" or "PURCHASE CERBERUS NETWORK CODE" or "CANCLE"
Sence I have redeemed this code some time ago I am told that this code has already been redeemed and I am denied access to my game. And until I can access my Cerberus Network account that has all my DLC attached to it, I can't contiue my game or play any of my DLC.
WTF!? Any help?! PLEASE?!
