I was told that I get the Cerberus Network with my free copy of Mass Effect II. However, it's not showing up on my entitlements page. What do I need to do in order to access this content?

have a look at http://dragonage.bioware.com/me2offer if doesn't work contact ea cs and they'll add the entitlement.
