As the title says the DLC isn't working.
I downloaded it around a day or two after release date of game. Couldn't get the game working for 2 weeks (Couldn't play but i could screw around with the settings) After I playing through the game i realized I was missing the DLC.
I tried to download it again on the website and in the game; both times it said it was already downloaded. The game acts as if i never downloaded it except when i try to get it the code says it has already been used.

Also to get the game to work downgraded to direct x9; don't know if that is an issue or not



EDIT: Never mind got it working if admin could lock/delete this i would be thankful

my black emporium DLC also doesn't work.

I buy US version, but I am in Taiwan, is that a matter !?
