I purchased the digital download of DA:O Ultimate Edition from the EA store.  I tried following a guide online to enable console commands, but i dont have any of the folders that need to be edited to enable them. Any help or advice on how to enable them is appreacited.

Im playing the game with a digital copy on Windows Vista 64 bit.
