 I'm having problems to play logged in the dlc  i tried everything is listed in the post of Fernando Melo and in the post of Khepha ,but keep saying unauthorized. So if someone knowsanother way plz tell me.

No way around it, having the same problems. Its server side not client.

i having same problem i followed the directions in the other post but it didnt work and it doesnt show up in my account on this site either i bought the ulitmate edition and i redeemed the code but its says i dont have the dlc, not sure what i did wrong

It has to be a server thing, because I'm suddenly having this problem, and I've had the game for over a year up to this point. Just started happening to me today.

If god rested on Sunday, cut the guys in EA / Bioware a break. Check back in monday? Altho if my pipes were leaking I'd pay extra gladly to get the plummer there... Kinda hard to imagine how they couldnt get it fixed yet.

Same problem here. Played till Thursday, then yesterday I got the same problem. I tried to reinstall the game but it didn't help

You're just going to have to wait. There's been some other members who have posted their chat log with EA support, who have stated that they're working on the problem

Just installed DA:O-UE (retail version) for the first time today and i'm having this problem. Not sure if it's this current server problem or one that has been around for a while or what.

My account page on this site says I should have access to it but the DLC in the game says its unauthorised.

Went over to a friends house and saw that while he was offline it worked but while online it also said unauthorised, this was a new problem for him too being a long time player. He had not noticed until i pointed it out however as he had not played the game in a few days.

Maybe playing offline could help some of you as well but for me it didn't solve anything.

I'll wait a couple of days to see if the servers right themselves and i can actually authorise my DLC.

Does anyone know if i start a new game with the dlc content disabled then just put it back on when they fix this server problem will i get all the dlc content and items activated on that save? i only ask cus i just got the game yesterday and really want to start play today and i really dont mind getting the dlc stuff later on when they fix the problem as long as i dont have to start again.

I've been playing through some of the other origins while waiting to reauthorise my DLC - you should be fine to start a new game and sort the DLC later

I would assume it would add it like any other expansion, however being totally new to this game this weekend I can't say for sure

Just to let those of you know who have had the game installed for a while and already had the DLC authorized prior to this problem. The items do not come up unauthorized as long as I stay logged out of the EA servers.

From reading this board, it sounds like this recent unauthorized dlc problem is a server issue. Well its nice to know that the problem isn't on my end, but it is incredibly frustrating to find this out after extensive forum diving and failed solutions.
