My Origins profiles aren't showing up at all.
Are you over the limit of 50 files perhaps? The site likes to retain "phantom files" (usually screenshots) with no way to delete them, which can push you over the limit and then no new characters get uploaded.
Fortunately, DA2 profiles don't seem to have any of those silly file limits.

The only other item missing is the Talents for the Templar specialisation I have. They don't show up among my other Talents.

This makes no sense. At https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do I have my default persona set as my xbox live gamertag.
I am playing exclusively on the XBOX 360.
There are no problems whatsoever. This shouldn't be happening. I am logged in with the email address linked to my master EA account.
All of my registered game promotions show up fine on this site under my registered game promotions.
They all appear in game, as well.
But no characters will ever upload, and I get this "Invalid persona/game combination" message under profile diagnostics.
I have been asking around about this for almost a year now, and I CANNOT get ANYONE to give me a concrete solution. I am DESPERATE to understand the problem here! Someone out there, please help!

1) Profile Mugshot picture does not update armour changes. The Pic you cab see on the left of this posts is exactly as it appears on my profile, Tier 1 Leather armour. However, in game I am now wearing Tier 4 Chainmail.
2) The pic on the 'Character' page is also still in Default Tier 1 Leather armour, with the starting Sword and Shield for a Human Warrior. The equipped Armour, Weapons and Accessories around the Pic are correct (Give or take an hour or two of a gap between updates, presently) but the picture has never updated to show ANY changes made, throughout the playthrough.
3) Under Spells & Talents I am missing fields for Templar specialisation and Avernus' Blood Talents, from the Soldier's Peak DLC. Do these get updated on Online profiles? Should they? The fields that are present on the page are updating correctly.
4) Occasional spurious items in the Story feed. For example, amongst the many Correct entries I received '5:33:49 - Rendon Howe Killed'. Which had both not happened yet (And still hasn't in my current playthrough) and could not have happened at that point, as I had not even visited Denerim yet. To date, luckily, this has been the only foul up...
Anybody else experienced the following, or have any idea how to remedy the situation?

So, as far as I can tell, the only issues I am having with uploaded data from my Xbox 360 to my character profile on here, are as follows:

I'm on PC, but I'm having similar problems to this. Everything on DA2 is working fine for me, except it's showing that I have some other kind of armor on except the ones I really have.

You know, for a forum that's supposed to be monitored by BioWare support people, they sure aren't doing a lot of helping in regards to our problems.
Whilst obviously not wanting to be rude to them, it is a little concerning, I admit. There clearly are quite a lot of problems going on. And I while I do accept that Dragon Age 2 is probably going to be the priority here, for all of those folks who are still playing Dragon Age: Origins, and still shelling out for DLC it is a little disappointing.

All we can ever do, is call EA, and what do they know? Nothing. The simply own Bioware.
If you go over to the Dragon Age Legends forums, there are Bioware developers, and techies everywhere. Creating posts, answering to posts, etc.
But here? It's like a ghost town.

^I am NOT wearing that armor. The picture is correct, the armor slots are WRONG.
