I recently re installed Mass Effect on a pc I built some time ago.
Installed fine, plays fine BUT the in game graphics are very blurry.  I toyed around with the in game graphic settings and nothing changes how blurry it is.

Anyone know a fix?  Only thing I found online was to go in my Nvidia control panel and change AA to multi instead of super.. but I haven't figured that out yet lol.

It's not necessarily my hardware - I play games such as Crysis, Crysis 2, Black ops, Dirt 2, Dead Space 2, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Assassins Creed Brotherhood, Starcraft 2 and more all on the highest settings with no problems.

What I use..

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Geforce GTS 450 1gb DDR5 GPU
8gb DDR3 G.Skill RAM
Athlon II Quad-Core 3.1ghz CPU
etc..

Well I tried changing the AA to Multisampling opposed to Super and it didn't fix the problem.

Fixed!
Override the AA to supersampling and turned off Film Grain.
