Is there a way to take Loghain's head and place it on your human noble? And maybe lower the skin complexion?

Loghain's head: easy. Open your save in the toolset, open the tabs for "Savegame_Playerchar", "Savegame_Playerchar_Char", then "Savegame Appearance", then go to the field for "Savegame_Appearance_Morph_Name" and in the right-hand box type in hm_genfl_loghain - hit enter, save, exit, and you're done.

I just took Loghain's head, but not perhaps in the way you were thinking.

Can anyone make a loghain preset cuz the toolset doesnt work

To install, extract the archive into the Override folder.
Because this mod requires an edited chargenmorphcfg.xml, you will want to download Terra_Ex's CharGenMorph Compiler tool. This will search for multiple instances of chargenmorphcfg.xml and condense them into a single file. This is a necessity if you have any other Character Creator mods like "Pineappletree's Vibrant Colors" or other custom head presets.
