Saphra, you're beginning to sound a bit like Zulu to me. You could be right (Zulu has been), but this seems to be based on little evidence.

Hopefully we can get some confirmation on this, even though it's obviously fake. Nice to hear the official word on it.

Incidently, the Reapers never hacked the geth...

Oh really? I've met a lot of people on this forum who say otherwise.

*sigh*

People on the forum are sufficient evidence for a fan-theory, now?

At the very least an alliance with a Reaper might enable the quarians to better pit the geth against each-other.

And then they all die because they're @#$%ing retarded, that idea was bad and they should FEEL bad.

Seriously, that's just silly.

Assuming the quarians really try something that stupid in the first place.

I mean, I know they're pretty thick, but that's something that'd be so stupid even TIM wouldn't try it.

I'm going to have to disagree with you there, cheeze. I think Cerberus is absolutely stupid enough to try something like that... Posted Image

She'll betray you. It was all a ruse, a chance to steal Alliance tech and subvert morale.

The name Tali'Zorah will go down in history next to Arnold and Quisling!

Hell, Cerberus DID already try something like this.

Remember them Husks back in ME1?

Or the survey team on the Derelict Reaper?

Yeah.

This looks pretty damn photoshopped to me. I can tell by some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.

Those idiots, getting the IFF for us so we can complete our mission. Going aboard a reaper vessel when they should have known about indoctrination and realized just how dangerous even a mostly-dead reaper is, especially when the crew started seeing wacky visions and hearing voices.  I mean seriously, who stays in a millions-of-years-old-haunted-battleship-that's-also-turning-people-insane?

Fixed it for ya.

Hardly. They boarded the Reaper and determined it was inactive, right down to the microscopic level.

Reaper tech is more insidious than that. Now we know. Progress means stumbles along the way.

I kinda thought we've known how dangerous indoctrination was since ME1 and the conversations with Rana Thenopsis and Vigil.

Two people the Alliance/Cerberus never got to talk to, it seems. Regardless, knowing about indoctrination doesn't mean you know what to look for. Rana said it was undetectable.

Examining the Reaper at hte microscropic level to make sure it was really dead was a clever way to check. It didn't work, but it was still clever.

It's not photoshopped. But that does not mean that is not fake.

With the right plugin in firefox (firebug I believe) or with google chrome you can view and edit the source code for a page. It's not permanent; all changes made are local and temporary. But you can easily modify what one person might say.
For example, I once took a image response one guy made and changed it so that it displayed a different image entirely. Of course, due to the nature of the edits, only I could see it and even then only until I refreshed the page. So I took a screenshot. This was result.

Posted Image
No offense intended toward the guy.

It's not even hard to make an edit like this. Yu just have to search for the post text in the code and edit like you would any other text document.

Tl;dr false and bi-curious. Not photoshopped but nonetheless edited.

I'm calling bull on the simple fact that as far as I know, Priestly really doesn't reveal information that hasn't already been revealed elsewhere. He happens to enjoy teasing fans with maybes and uncertainties. This would be out of character.

A 24 year-old Admiral with no experience commanding a ship let alone a fleet.

That would be brilliant.

Tali might be an admiral in ME3, as it's hinted (if you manage to keep her from being exiled without failing the loyalty mission) that she's being put forward as a candidate. I don't imagine her being very good at it (she's not exactly the commanding-officer type), but it's in the cards.

If you keep her from being exiled without failing her loyalty mission. There are three possible situations for Tali if she survives:
1 - Exiled. The political situation in the Quarian flotilla is not thrown into disarray.
2 - Not exiled. Political situation same as above.
3 - Not exiled, but due to the showing of evidence against Rael'Zorah, the political situation on the flotilla is chaotic.

Also, the post possibly being right does not mean the post is genuine. It's actually a fairly easy thing to guess at.
