I'm trying to buy bioware points sot that I can get The Exiled Prince but I always get this message:

"We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."

Why is this? I'm using an ASB New Zealand Visa Debit card while living in Australia.

If that is the case it might be your CC company thinking the transaction might be fraud. I would call the CC ask them if they are blocking the transaction.

I had the same problem a few days ago, in sweden and with another visa card, but it was solved by activating verified by visa

I had a similar issue with that and didn't do anything, half a month later it started working... Was strange and not sure why although I'm pretty sure it was something to do with the anti fraud thing with the points store

Why I can't add Bioware points? Every time I get this: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later".

None of these messages / comments ever belonged in here. This forum is for GAME problems of a technical nature that are possible to work around, based on local knowledge among fellow gamers. You have a SITE problem of some nature, and if you want to discuss it with gamers, there is another forum where you can discuss POINTS.

But if you want an immediate fix, only EA can deal with it, not us.

If you are having issues purchasing BioWare points through the BioWare Store, you can purchase BioWare points packages through Origin at http://store.origin.com.
There are currently 2 packages available:
800 BioWare points for $10 USD
1600 BioWare points for $20 USD

When checking out, make sure you input the same email address and password as your BioWare account to ensure the points are added correctly.
