I honestly think it's impossible to have Morrigan's baby for the protagonist of DA3. Think about it ... Morrigan's baby is ten years old at most at the end of DA2. The world is already in the war, and it won't wait five or more years for the baby to grow up and stand up against some mighty forces.

Six-year-old boy does 10,000 push ups in three hours and twenty minutes. That's about a push-up a second.

You didn't hide him very well, Morrigan.

Nothing is stopping Bioware from pushing the game's timeline several years forward. Hell, I would not be surprised if they did, and presented the player with a Thedas ravaged by war.

I think that a middle chapter involving the seekers would make the most sense in that case.

I'm willing to bet on the next protagonist being a seeker.

First of all who knows how fast "old gods" grow. and im not necesarily saying the OGB has to be physically stronger but needs to be a leader that can help put the world back together. The first two protagonists eventually became pretty powerful people, both physical and politcal. It may just be me but when I hear "old god" it sounds like someone to either save or destroy the world. But then again it would be interesting to see him be the villian.

i have a new theory. When an old god becomes tainted it goes insane and controls all darkspawn. What if Morrigan makes the child a Warden hence stopping the taint from sending the child mad but still giving he/she the ability to control darkspawn. That way if Morrigan raises the child right she can control the darkspawn through him/her.
