So Im just now getting intot he game and Im hearing people talk about the dmg they do (in a numerical value). I see screenshots of peoples games where you see the actual damage numbers show up. How do I get this too? is it a mod? is it in the options? Any help would be greatly appreciate.

You can turn it on in options.. most likely Options > Gameplay but I'm not sure since I didn't do it myself but I remember seeing it there, somewhere.

It is not entirely reliable either. If you deal damage too fast and have enough runes/elemental weapons enchantments up, many of your numbers will not show up at all. 4 spirit damage? I did way more than 4 spirit damage.

just check OPTIONS -> INTERFACE -> SHOW DAMAGE NUMBERS
