After defeating Meredith and Varric ending his story, the game credits played and when it ended, I was back in the main menu. I then checked my saves and loaded the "Post-Campaign" save then there was this cutscene with Hawke talking to a wall and a message saying "Congratulations! You have completed Dragon Age 2" or something like that and something else about DLC's. After the cutscene ended, I was in Hawke estate and decided to go outside but the only places I could go to are The Black emporium and Hawke estate, every other place was locked for some reason. Is there going to a future DLC that takes place after defeating Meredith?
What can you do when you finish the game?

Post-Campaign is for when new DLC stuff comes out that probably adds to the story after. Not sure if it will all be importing stuff though like Leliana's Song and Witch Hunt or if it would be just a new location to travel on the world map.
