I read somewhere here that to be able to upload screenshots etc one needs to create a persona but not where to go or click to do that, and the search function here don't seem to work as usual.

Actually, I think this topic should belong in the Origin forum cause I don't think you have this feature in DA2. I'm playing Origin now.
