Hey everyone,
I'll be concise:

a) A mod that makes Shale slightly larger, perhaps size increased such that it is about the same height as Shen. Seems a bit too small by default.

B) Some new origin stories. Maleficar? Perhaps adding Qunari as a playable race with a new origin, and of course all of the associated differences in the main story based on your actions/selection. Something of this length, 2 hours-ish, seems well-suited to a mod-release (Or DLC ). Perhaps a member of the Chantry?

c) Making rogues auto move behind the enemy. I get sorta bored of doing it myself.

d) Changing the "open" in the woods sections such as the Dales and the beginning of the game to a bit less linear. It was the only time in the game I felt needlessly restrained when the map should have been more open. Just cutting down some boundaries would do it.

e) Improve the appearance/model animation of the ranger wolf summon. Haven't seen the others yet to see if they need it as well. 

d) Make shapeshifter forms instant-cast. This little improvement would make them almost not garbage.

e) Make the graphic for cleansing aura less obnoxious.

f) Slightly increasing OOC health/mana/stamina regen. Just to reduce downtime.

That's all I have right now :) Will come back and amend this post with more.

A big one would be a utility like Recount for World of Warcraft. Being able to see how much DPS/healing etc each of my characters is doing in real time would be great for helping me play perfectly.

Also:

Removing potions.



I would absolutely love a mod that removed health and mana potions while keeping the game at pretty much the same difficulty.



Tying constitution to health regen and willpower to mana regen would be great. Using potions was just tedious and immersion breaking, along with the fact that it made some things too easy.



If mana regenerated at a set rate, like using a couple potions throughout a fight being built in, and actually using heals was depended on, the game would be much more fun for me.

Making rogues auto-move behind the enemy is an interesting idea, and I'll look at it. But then again, the game is meant to make you use precision control of all your characters.

As far as 'removing' potions, if it's just a challenge you're looking for, you can always sell all potions you find. *shrug* don't know if it's worth the trouble to remove them.

Also I'm curious if a recount-like thing is possible. I think the hardest part would be making it display on the screen. but idk.

I'd like to see a mark and recall command/spell something like morrowind possibly. I would also love to have an ablity in the interface to flip between equipment sets and the UI at the bottom of the screen so you could swap armor sets/spell lists by simply pressing a key in a simuliar fashion to the way you can swap weapons in battle...
