She can't be there because killing the old body might have disastrous results if she were near. Convenient.

Certainly, from all the old tales of what Flemeth is capable of doing, I wouldn't put this past her.

But you can still spare 'Flemeth' at her hut after Morrigan sends you there. No, I'm more inclined to believe that she somehow doesn't die from the confrontation not that she's already possessing Morrigan.

Well Flemeth age like anyone.So she need to posseses a *new* body at some point or she will look like an undead.

Flemeth can't really be killed.She's immortal (By Mortal mean anyway) So even if you kill the dragon she's NOT DEAD.She's just after this in a weakened state .. which might give enough time for morrigan to protect against her.

If you save flemeth..Flemeth make it clear that she might or not appear at Morrigan but she will watch her.She's curious of Morrigan plan.

Also we don't know anything about Morrigan.Who she is?Flemeth tel the PC that she looked like morrigan before.Maybe Morrigan it's Flemeth but something happenned .. which gave morrigan her own try soul.

as for the moral of the whole story in dragonage: why does one even think there is one? there is only a tale and one which can be told in many different ways because it will change by the choices one makes and the perspective it is seen by.
people in general, including both roleplayers and the average hardcore ftw gamer will give it their own morals and own expectations and often make their choices because of their own subjective ideas towards situations even when they the lack the proper info to make an optimal decision because that is what humans always do.
the npcs have their own role and agenda -call it a background- instead of simply reacting to the player in a good doer or neutral kind of way ... they are even capable of lieing or outright "betrayal" and you might not like how things end up for you as a result. however it is also the hidden and often darker side which i would say it makes them look like real humans all together. in real life you also can not get everything you want but if you play your cards wright you just might ... so i say all together it is a job well done

Doesn't Morrigan tell you that her mother sent her with you to have your baby? Something about a 'Dark God' or some such.



And isn't it odd that Flemeth is able to sustain herself permanently, but Wynne is not? The difference between a Demon and a Spirit, I suppose... but then perhaps Wynne's problem isn't the Spirit's death but the body dying.



Makes me wonder, though... could Flemeth possess Morrigan after you 'taint' the latter? Would the 'Dark God' allow it's carrier to be used like that? Wouldn't it want to be in control of the situation? Would it even be aware?
