Please, could you make a difficulty level higher than insanity? I love ME1 and ME2, but they're way too easy for many people. LEt me guess, is it fully modified Avenger?

I would guess you have to keep them indoctrination free. If you don't, they go over to the Reapers.  If it were me, I'd put a timer on it, run around too much with the other races, and you lose the Rachni.  But ignore the other races to deal with the Rachni, and you may not get another race that needs help, right now!

Okay, this stuff all sounds awesome. Just, not one thing about romance yet. I'm curious, what'll happen? Will they be continued? Will the romance effect the game?
Let's say I romance Garrus, does that have impact? Like if you cheated on Liara, she comments about your new romance, does she not?
Just wondering, I have a FemShep for Garrus, for Thane, for Kaidan, for Liara, for nobody, for a new romance (I was hoping the British Sniper but...) and for one other.
So, I want to know. Will Thane be dead? Will romancing a Garrus change what others think? Will Kaidan come back and continue the romance? What happens to a Shep wiith no romance? Just tellme if they'll be continued. I'm dying here!  I don't want Garrus to be a one night stand, my MainFemShep loves the guy to peices!

Can you clarify a bit about the expression "playable to some extent?" (regarding squadmates, of course)
Does this mean VS/Garrus/Liara/Sanders are indeed squadmates for the majority of the game or that they could be only temporary?

Thresher Maw VS Reaper Clash
As daunting as the opposition is, Shepard may get some help from unexpected places.
In one story-boarded sequence we saw. Shepard is in a column of Krogan vehicles as
an advancing Reaper devastates the surroundings. A damaged turian fighter crashes into
the column destroying Shepard's vehicle as the hulking foe moves forward. On foot and
faced with a hopeless battle, all seems lost until a Thresher Maw bursts from ground
and begins grappling with the Reaper. Shepard runs underfoot as the two titanic creatures
clash overhead, and the Thresher Maw gains the upper hand by constricting itself around
the Reaper and pulling the machine under the sand. The struggle appears to be won, but then
lasers begin bursting through the ground, indicating that Shepard should probably get out of
there as fast as possible.
