Aye, it has to be said that it's mainly because I couldn't shoot straight, but my point still stands!Icinix wrote...
I miss the hoppers
But they really only served to overheat weapons as I recall....
Stalkers and Sappers weren't all that better either (i.e. Radio jamming if Geth Snipers/Rocket Roopers are not present.)
Speaking of radar jamming....any news or shots of a permanent map or enemy indicator?

Ooh, just had a thought! Imagine if we get them on our side in ME3...
Yes. Didn't even think about that...you'd actually be fighting beside Geth...
How awesome would that be. Some massive invasion and you're taking point with Geth Armeture and Primes backing you up...

You heard it here first folks! ME3 features colossus as exclusive mount!
Edit: Maybe that was the optional vehicle work that Mr.Hudson mentioned? *crosses fingers*

We didn't need a mini map in ME2, what with the straight forward levels(BORING) and the simple "Enter. Kill everything that moves. Leave" mechanic(LAME).

They have said the maps are larger and feature multi levels. Would seem odd to have that and not some kind of mini map or enemy indicator. Especially since I think Arrival may have set the idea in motion that the game has missions that can be approached in a few different ways.

When I read the reaper vs tresher maw thing... I started crying. I'm dead serious...
The level of epicness of the battle I imagined in my mind made my cry... ( I was listening to ME2 SM soundtrack while reading that, just imagine how epic the visual thing in my mind was!)

In PM, a dev told me his dismay in learning that GameInformer found out about this because he said it was one of the most amazing scenes in ME3Dexi wrote...

To be fair, I think that's one of those scenes that's NOT going to be ruined by knowing about it in advance, such is the inherent awesomeness.javierabegazo wrote...

I get the feeling now people are going to be looking forward to it..and I don't think it will make it any less amazing..
you know..like that scene from Free Willy when he jumps over the rocks...or that scene in Robin Hood where Kevin shoots the flaming arrow into the executioner...they were on posters everywhere...
..that scene in ME3 may have become the signature image for just how epic ME3 will be.

When I first read about the Maw vs. Reaper battle, I thought it was a joke made by the user. I'm probably alone with this, but to me that just sounds silly....as I have beaten Maws on foot...with a pistol...
Pretty sure Boba Fett thought the sarlac was just a 5x5meter hole in the ground as well.
But yeah..can understand how people would be a bit irked by it...there was enough info in the codex and various other places that allowed them to create such a monster. Besdies..its about time they got as scary as everyone has been saying they are.

Well, it seems to me they might hwant to go back to a littel more of the codex description of the trasher maws, if I remember correctly (it's been a while) they seems to ahve been planned to be bigger, as there only could be one per planet for some reasons, to drag down a Reaper (who is to say 2km long), the maw would need to be about the same size, wish is a lot bigger then the ones we have thought so far.
