the pronz of James sanders will be Hilarious. And fairly disturbing.
On topic
interesting.
I support Colonel Sanders as a squadmate for ME3.
It would be hilarious if that was is actual rank in the Alliance.

Also regarding "ME1's Decisions such as sparing the Rachni will have a grave impact in ME3": I think that this would be a positive effect given the way that Paragons have positive effects for their every action.

When I first read about the Maw vs. Reaper battle, I thought it was a joke made by the user. I'm probably alone with this, but to me that just sounds silly....as I have beaten Maws on foot...with a pistol...
They actually already hinted at it in last year's Cerberus Daily News.
A photo taken by Clan Ravanor miners during a drilling operation on the
krogan homeworld of Tuchanka is reigniting debate on the existence of a
colossal thresher maw. The photo, now being viewed widely on the
extranet, adds to a long line of evidence that skeptics call an old and
treasured hoax — and believers call irrefutable proof. For centuries,
krogan settlements bordering Tuchanka’s deserts have told stories of
entire clans swallowed by this colossal thresher maw. While locals claim
the ancient creature is real, no outside sources have confirmed the
beast’s existence.

I haven't been following the CDN, so thanks for pointing that particular one out. That would actually make it more believable, if it turned out to be this ancient, giant Thresher Maw.

Thresher Maw VS Reaper Clash
As daunting as the opposition is, Shepard may get some help from unexpected places.
In one story-boarded sequence we saw. Shepard is in a column of Krogan vehicles as
an advancing Reaper devastates the surroundings. A damaged turian fighter crashes into
the column destroying Shepard's vehicle as the hulking foe moves forward. On foot and
faced with a hopeless battle, all seems lost until a Thresher Maw bursts from ground
and begins grappling with the Reaper. Shepard runs underfoot as the two titanic creatures
clash overhead, and the Thresher Maw gains the upper hand by constricting itself around
the Reaper and pulling the machine under the sand. The struggle appears to be won, but then
lasers begin bursting through the ground, indicating that Shepard should probably get out of
there as fast as possible.

C++ Harbinger
I just imagine what kind of pain Harbinger feels when he need to assume control on C++ instead of Reaper++ that was optimised in many 50000 year development cycles!
But there is no pain, there is no fear, there is only ... annoyance... so i imagine what kind of annoyance he feels...

I definitely have to wonder how resistant to Maw acid a Reaper is.
Maw acid ignores shielding. Clearly, that is the Reaper's weakness. Considering it only took the main gun of the Normandy to take down Sovereign once it's shielding was disabled. Thresher Acid Ammo type, here I come.

Alright guys, page 55!!
Does anyone wonder if that's a......dun dun dun female Batarian?
I mean, in all likely hood, probably not, I mean why would Cerberus recruit a batarian.....unless she was a skilled assassin...?
Look at the 4 red eyes on the helmet..
Thoughts?
Yes, this strongly hints it's a female batarian.
Not necessarily, the Kestral helmet doesn't have a visor, does that mean the humans of the Mass Effect universe no longer have eyes?

This and you can easily identify her as yet another Cerberus assassin by her armor's color palette and kneepieces, which look exactly like Jacob and Miranda's. There are assassins concepts everywhere in that issue - the one that jumps on Shep's bed from the broken window in his room on the Normandy, the "Raiden" guy with freaky arms and eyes on the same page as Sanders' profile, this woman with a blade, some Cerberus troops out for Shep's blood. Check it out. And I very much doubt that Cerberus would hire other species as their top assassins.Arijharn wrote...

no, the huge hammer is used to attract any/all species to the site specifically for the rite - maws included, but they are supposed to be very rare. it would be ridiculous to think that every single krogan fights a maw - let alone if thry couldn't win just wait-it-out - where? and for how long? till they run out of power for the hammer?
From the ME wiki:-
Young krogan undergo a rite of passage that is overseen by a shaman respective to the clan the krogan wishes to join. In clan Urdnot, this rite consists of battling various wild fauna on Tuchanka, ending with an encounter with a thresher maw. Merely surviving for five minutes is considered proof of worthiness, but killing the thresher maw increases the initiate's prestige and standing.

It is actual normandy window, lights off ect beacause we stealing it again, as was told - alliance thinks that this is theirs (bastards) and they took it to scan and took it apart... and rebuilded (?).
There must be an option to screw those who responsible for this.
