I don't know about you, but I'd like an inventory that's something like the armory in ME2. Once you've unlocked it, you can manufacture it aboard the ship for use with yourself and squadmates. So you and your team don't have to be packing mules.

It means that battlefields in ME3 will have height in them, so getting to higher ground doesn't always mean running up ramps, but now you can climb ladders to get to vantage points or different parts of the level

I got to admit, I was very very skeptic about ME3, but thanks to this news, the changes to the combat, more rpg focus and Ash and Kai back, I'm tempted to now pre-order the game

ME3 looks very promising, my only fear will be Walters.

I wonder what they mean exactly when they referred to squadmate balance. Are they talking about the number of squadmates? If that's the case, will the replacements be just as fleshed out as normal squadmates? If they are, I'm going to be playing ME3 for a long, long time.
