So, i'm doing my second play-through, having just got the cerberus station working and already being at the end on my first...Anyway, i went to omega and straight to the slums to recruit solus. After that i went to Afterlife to start on the archangel mission, and no one will talk to me.
Cannot speak to Aria.

Is it everybody in the club you can't talk to, or just Aria? I ran into this problem recently where I couldn't talk to Aria to start the recruitment process. I left Afterlife and came back in, and the dialogue worked fine after that.

Just Aria, I can talk to everyone else, the merc recruiter just tells me to go away, and the two people by the stairs leading to Aria just tell me to go talk to her.
I've tried leaving Afterlife, even tried Exiting the game and reloading it. Didn't seem to help but i guess its worth another try.

Yeah, I had that exact same problem. If it hasn't worked, try having the level load. Jump on the Normandy, then back onto Omega. After that, I'm not sure what else you can do, since the above solution worked for me.
