There are three scolls for the Aerwygian (sp?) quest. Two you find in sundermount if I recall and one in the wounded coast, is that the quest youa re talking about?

Yes, thanks. The wiki describes it as: Just before you reach Sundermount Passage you will come across some ruins. The scroll is located behind one of the walls at the ruins. Do you have to find something else before you find this scroll ?

The first Sundermount scroll is on the left before you reach the dalish camp. Getting this scroll triggers an ambush at the second scroll site. These probably do not have to be done in order, but you can check this.
