Voted for you in everything I could Bioware =D It's a shame Dragon Age isn't up for GotY or Best Cast/Voice, because you really blew me out of the water with how well done the voice acting was. Good Luck!

I voted for DA:O on both places it was listed this game is truly one of the best RPG games ive played right next to Baldur Gates 1 and 2....wish we saw games with quality like these released more often and claudia blacks voice acting is super!

To be fair it's an awful category.  It might as well ask which game is most hyped begore release (meaning who spent the most marketing dollars)?

Sorry man, but I'm way more jacked for Starcraft 2 than Mass Effect 2. I did vote for Dragon Age though.

You are looking at it the wrong way,look at it as a gamer,you do your research about the game,watch the trailers and look at the screens,post on the forums about your hopes and dreams of the game,and for some of us lose some sleep waiting for it to get here.

Man, the choices for independent games of the year are bad, in my opinion. Zeno Clash and The Path should definitely be in there. I also think Risen should be a nominee for best rpg of the year. I'm not voting.

Too bad DAO can't win the Emmy's and Oscar's too, in my opinion some of the acting in the cutscenes was better than most movies in 2009.

This game came out very short time ago so maybe it wasn't considered as much as some others that have been out for a longer time. We still should show our support in this millestone in gaming achievement and give out little community something to be proud of too.

Even though it's a poll, it's still rather biased for the extreme limited number of choices for each category. =/ Namely Game of the Year title, which lacks so many more deserving games.

Left 4 Dead 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 came out only a few days ago, almost half a month after Dragon Age's, and they are nominated for GOTY. While they are both desrvingly good games, it seems the nomination has nothing to do with release date.

I voted for DA:O in the appropriate categories (although it should have been nominated for GOTY too). I also voted for ME2 even though I'm afraid it'll lose out to GoWIII.
