It's a shame that there were no nominations for the voice acting as far as DA:O was concerned, considering the, IMHO, very good quality (and large amount) of the dialogue (esp. Claudia Black and Steve Valentine. Oh well, I voted for Black in the best voice thingy, but that's for Uncharted 2...).

How is Dragon Age not even up for nomination as GOTY when mediocre POS gaming fastfood like Modern Warfare 2 and Arkham Asylum are? That's ridiculous.

edit: Also, just noticed Claudia Black is not up for best performance even though she did Chloe in Uncharted 2 and Morrigan in DA:O. But "Dare" from Halo voiced by Tricia Helfer is. Seriously?

When they had the monkey compile those lists, did they threaten to torture it's mother?

Voted for both DA and ME, but I think it should be also in some other categories... for example "Best original score"... and music/soundtrack ...

Just hope Bioware changed many things in the second part of ME.

Voted for DA and ME. Why isn't there an option to vote for Claudia Black as best voice in DA? She was awesome in her role as Morrigan. I agree with Klimy, DA should have been presented in "Best original score". I've got 5 bucks that says Modern Warfare 2 is going to win alot of it's categories, it's just incredible that even though they stripped everything that was good in the previous MW game and raised the price for this console port, people are still blindly willing to throw their money at it. Check out Amazon & Metacritic, everyone hates it but the critics love it.

Voted. I am disappointed though, no 'Game of the year' award for Dragon Age. Just 'pc game of the year'.


How Modern Warfare 2 got to "Game of the Year" is beyond me.

• Best Shooter: Modern Warfare 2 (Though I don't really know Killzone 2)
• Best Multiplayer Game: Modern Warfare 2
• Best Game Based On TV Show/Movie: Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Asylum
• Best Downloadable Game: Battlefield 1943
• Best DLC: Fallout 3 Broken Steel
• Most Anticipated Game: Mass Effect 2

I am disappointed to see noone from Dragon Age: Origins in Best Voice either.

I voted for DA:O in the PC category and was HUGELY disappointed that I couldn't vote for it as overall Game of the Year. What qualifies some games over others in many of those categories just boggles my mind.

It's call bribery. It's unfair, and it doesn't prove you have better game.
Bioware do not need to bribe, they have the best games.

For the peps going totally berserk cause we ain't havin' DA:O in the GotY, chillax the game come out 2-3 week's ago?, not enough time to hit the big sales and get popular ^.^

DA:O gets my votes, like others though SCII edged out MA2. Now here is my biggest complaint, Best DLC: does not have Shale. Shale is the best DLC I have ever seen in any game!
